These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of SUMMITGROWTH.IO ("Main Street Funding," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do, and what we do not do

Main Street Funding is a marketing and referral business. We help connect business owners with third-party funding providers and service partners. We are not a lender, a broker of record, a financial advisor, or a credit repair organization. We do not make credit decisions, originate loans, set rates or terms, or perform credit repair services. All funding decisions, offers, rates, and terms are made by the third-party providers, not by us.

2. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will be approved for any funding, that you will receive any particular amount, or that you will receive any particular rate or terms. Any timelines, ranges, or examples described on our site are illustrative and are not promises. Outcomes depend on the third-party providers and on your own circumstances and documentation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to submit information on behalf of the business you represent. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to share it.

4. Third-party providers

When you submit a form, we may share your information with one or more third-party providers. Your relationship for any funding, credit repair, or other service is between you and that provider, under that provider's own agreements, terms, and pricing. We are not a party to and are not responsible for those agreements or the services those providers deliver.

5. The Funding Blueprint

We may offer an informational "Funding Blueprint" report for purchase. The Blueprint is informational and educational only. It is not financial, legal, or credit-repair advice, and it does not guarantee any funding outcome. Pricing and delivery applicable to the Blueprint will be presented at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms when you buy it.

6. Fees

There is no fee to submit our pre-qualification form or to be referred to a funding partner. Certain optional products or third-party services (such as the Funding Blueprint, or credit repair performed by a third-party provider) may carry their own fees, which will be disclosed before you purchase them. We do not charge consumers a fee for credit repair services.

7. Communications consent

By submitting our form and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including by automated technology and SMS. See the Privacy Policy for opt-out details.

8. Intellectual property

The content, branding, and materials on our site are owned by or licensed to Main Street Funding and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Main Street Funding will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of the Services or your dealings with any third-party provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Main Street Funding from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings with any third-party provider.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless an arbitration or other dispute-resolution provision is added here on the advice of counsel.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
