This Disclosures page explains, plainly, what Main Street Funding is, how we make money, and the limits of what we do. It is meant to be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We are not a lender, broker of record, or credit repair organization

Main Street Funding is a marketing and referral business. We connect business owners with third-party funding providers and service partners. We do not lend money, we do not make credit or underwriting decisions, we do not set rates or terms, and we do not act as your broker of record. We do not perform credit repair services ourselves.

How we are compensated

We may receive compensation, including referral fees or commissions, from the funding providers and service partners we connect you with when a referral results in business. This compensation does not add a fee to you for our referral, and it may create an incentive for us to refer you to particular partners. You are always free to work with any provider you choose.

Credit repair is provided by a third party

If you are referred for credit repair, those services are provided by an independent third-party credit repair provider, not by Main Street Funding. Any contract, pricing, disclosures, and legal rights (including any right to cancel) for credit repair are between you and that provider. Under federal law, a credit repair organization may not charge or collect payment before it has fully performed the services it promised. We do not charge you for credit repair, and we do not collect payment for credit repair on any provider's behalf.

No guarantee of results

Nothing on our site is a promise or guarantee of approval, funding amount, rate, term, timeline, or credit outcome. Any figures, ranges, timelines, industries, or scenarios shown on our site are illustrative examples for general information only and do not reflect a guaranteed or typical result. Individual results vary based on the provider and your own circumstances.

Self-reported information

The pre-qualification questions on our site rely on information you provide about yourself and your business, including your estimated credit score range. We do not perform a credit check or obtain a credit report when you complete our form. Submitting our form does not affect your credit score.

Advertising and examples

Where our site shows example products, industries, or scenarios, these are for illustration and are not records of specific past clients unless expressly stated and substantiated. Any testimonials, if shown, reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results.

Affiliate and partner program

If you participate in our affiliate, broker, or partner program, separate terms will govern that relationship, including how leads are tracked and how any compensation is calculated and paid.
